Where is a tweet from 2013 used? It clearly states June 2015 and thus means within the 2 years as stipulated in the Party Executive orders. Also Data Protection is not being breached by trawling social media at all. Whoever wrote this piece needs to learn what he or she is talking about #loadofrubbish
