Tuesday Jeremy Corbyn along with key players in the Labour Party kicked of Labour's General Election 2017 campaign. The Tory's unelected leader Theresa May was also out and about but it was a very different game she was playing. Take a look at the images above from Michael Crick a senior Channel 4 news reporter. Perhaps Mrs May and her team are opting for a carefully controlled campaign environment for many reasons including;
He has fiercely chased allegations of Tory electoral fraud. Following the General Election 2015 senior BBC journo Nick Robinson revealed it was a very different scenario at the BBC to Channel 4. The "Mail Online ran a story titled "Cameron threatened to 'close down' the BBC after general election row, claims political editor Nick Robinson"." Theresa May and her team are dictating events. Tonight she and her husband Philip will appear on the One Show on BBC. Monday BBCDP host Jo Coburn was caught on camera smirking at the thought of Jeremy Corbyn and his wife appearing on that show at a later date. http://www.newtekjournalismukworld.com/latest/nick-robinson-claims-bbc-ran-scared-of-david-cameron https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote http://www.thejeremycorbyneffect.com/jeremycorbyn/corbyn-supporters-even-abused-by-journalist-janan-ganesh My email to FT 'journalist' Janan Ganesh who recently called all who support Jeremy Corbyn "as thick as pig s***".
I emailed him this response this morning. 'Dear Mr Ganesh, I am a Labour Party member and have strongly supported Mr Jeremy Corbyn for over a year now. I believe that we can achieve a truly Democratic country with Mr Corbyn as leader. A country where we no longer have the outrageous levels of poverty, child poverty, food bank usage and homelessness. A country where our most vulnerable citizens are no longer committing suicide due to the draconian work capability assessments, where the assessor often has absolutely no experience in the condition that the claimant suffers from. Six out of ten of the top ten happiest countries consistently polled globally are Democratic Socialist countries, and may I remind you that Labour is a Democratic Socialist party. We live in a corrupt from the top-down nation, the press is controlled by the elite establishment, and the wealth gap grows exponentially year on year. You recently called Corbyn supporters 'as thick as pig s***'. I have friends who support Corbyn that have more letters after their names than you have in your name. Me, personally, I have no university education, but I do have an IQ of 138, and I'd be very happy to challenge you to an IQ test. The people who are 'as thick as pig s***', are people like you who bow down in fawning obsequiousness to the establishment, and contribute to their blatantly undemocratic propaganda. Shame on you. Yours Sincerely, Edward' With thanks to Eddy Abbs for sharing [Mr Ganesh's apology of sorts was tweeted Wednesday "Please excuse the trigger-happy tweet about Corbyn/ites. The train farrago didn't warrant it. No return for British Rail though, pls."] Who is Ganesh. Ganesh is a columnist for the Financial Times (FT), author and commentator on BBC Sunday Politics. |
